The location was great, with Joy Inn Korean Restaurant nearby, where we could eat. All the staff were very friendly.

For us it was ideal.

The location was good, staff was helpful! Good sized room. Free parking on site was provided. Super base for a weekend in Rotorua.

Cannot find any fault.
